The event center will open the day before the start of competition for athletes who make a request to receive their race kit one day in advance.

During the competition the event office will be open every day between 10:00 and 12:00 in the arenas.

The organisation guarantees that the event secretary will respond to your messages within one day.

The event center and the Pergamon O-Week event office are located at Bahçelieveler Mahallesi Efeler Caddesi No: 7 Bergama / IZMIR - Ege Universitesi Bergama MYO

Team Official Meetings will be held in Bergama Student Dormitory auditorium.
